I learned several things that I haven't ever learned before. For example, I learned how to use the big knife. Usually I always use small knife in my home. Here, I have to use the big one, and these how you should use the knife :

Maybe it seems like small stuff, but Aunty said that you should put your fingers in the right position to avoid getting injured while cutting something.
I learn many things in the kitchen, like how to clean some vegetables, cut some spices and herbs, and watch the chef (we call him Tsefu) and Aunty cooking. I hope I can try to practice it in Indonesia :) I cut chili, paprika, cabbage, mushroom, onion, garlic, fishes, tofu, and some other food. Peeling onion was the most torturing thing for me, because I keep crying when doing that.
